Returns
You can return your order within 45 days from the date of receipt, without needing to justify your decision. In order for us to issue a full refund for returned items, please ensure they are:
- In their original condition and packaging.
- With all supplied components included with your return.

To make a return request, please email info@boahnova.com and we will share more information on how to return your products. Once we receive the return and validate the good condition of the items, we will proceed with the refund.

Warranty & Post-sales Support
In accordance with DL 67/2003 of 8 April, with changes introduced by DL 84/2008 of 21 May, all products are covered by a warranty and assumes their correct use in accordance with their usage rules.

If the purchased product is defective, you must notify the Customer Support of www.boahnova.com, stating your order number and a description of the problem. The costs of returning the items within the Warranty period will be borne by the customer.
Upon receipt of the item at BOAH NOVA's premises, we will verify it, in case we prove any lack of conformity, the item will be replaced. In this case, we will proceed with the replacement of the item and we will send it again to your address at no additional cost.
If the product check detects signs of misuse, and/or any problem that may have caused the item to be in poor condition (eg, falling, damp, etc.) it will not be covered by the warranty terms.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
The alternative dispute resolution is the possibility that all consumers have at their disposal to appeal to official entities to help them in the resolution, or orientation of any conflict, before opening litigious processes in the Courts. As a general rule, the procedure is as follows: the customer asks an impartial third party to act as an intermediary between him and the merchant who is the target of his complaint. The intermediary can suggest a solution to your complaint, impose a solution on both parties, or bring the parties together to find a solution.
Perhaps you know the concept of alternative dispute resolution by another name: 'mediation', 'conciliation', 'arbitration' or 'competent committee in the field of consumer disputes'. Alternative dispute resolution is, as a rule, less expensive, less formal and faster than the legal route.
