Returns and Exchanges
The following terms and conditions are only applicable to purchases made on www.boahnova.com.
The customer may cancel his order at any time until delivery, with the right to a refund of all amounts paid. Upon receipt of the order by the customer, he may exercise his right of free withdrawal under the legally established terms and indicated below.
In case of unavailability of the product and/or out of stock, you will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of your order with the right to a refund of the amount paid.
Despite the efforts of BOAH NOVA, some products may have an incorrect price, so we check prices whenever we process orders. If the product price is lower than the advertised price, we will refund the difference. If the price is higher, BOAH NOVA will present a new contract proposal with the price duly rectified, awaiting confirmation or cancellation of the order. According to Law 7/2004 of 7 January, relating to electronic commerce, BOAH NOVA reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever there is a programming error, malfunction of BOAH NOVA's computers or in case the the contractual proposal arrives distorted at its destination and that the error concerns an essential element of the contract.
Under the applicable legal terms, BOAH NOVA allows the exchange or return (termination of the contract) of items, within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Customer, without payment of compensation and without the need to indicate the reason.
To this end, the Client must communicate his intention in written format, via email, to BOAH NOVA's Customer Support. Items must be returned within 14 days after receipt, accompanied by the cash receipt or original invoice (article 6 of DL 143/2001, of April 26th, modified by DL 82/2008, of 20th May), being the shipping and the amount paid for it at the buyer's expense.

Return and exchange conditions
Return of items in good condition, with complete original packaging and accompanied by the respective cash receipt or invoice;
Exchanges or returns of memory cards are not accepted unless there is no compliance.
Telephone support services contracted by Customers are not subject to reimbursement of
Custom item exchanges are not accepted according to the Customer's specifications.
In accordance with the provisions of Decree-Law n. 82/2008, of 20 May, BOAH NOVA informs its Customers that to carry out the exchange or return, the items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with all accessories included, and must be accompanied by the respective proof of purchase or by invoice.
BOAH NOVA does not accept the return or exchange of these items after they are used.
BOAH NOVA does not accept exchanges/returns if the packaging is damaged or if the items show signs of use.
After contacting BOAH NOVA Customer Support and being given the return instructions, you can send us the item properly packaged, with original packaging, to the address that will be indicated or dropped off at a BOAH NOVA physical store.
All items will be checked upon arrival at our service and only those who respect the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or return.
If you choose to return the amount paid, we inform you that:
You must attach your NIB to the returned item for a refund.
The return will only be made after checking the status of the product.
BOAH NOVA reserves the right not to accept articles that do not comply with these conditions.
Warranty & Post-sales Support
In accordance with DL 67/2003 of 8 April, with changes introduced by DL 84/2008 of 21 May, all products are covered by a warranty and assumes their correct use in accordance with their usage rules.
If the purchased product is defective, you must notify the Customer Support of www.boahnova.com, stating your order number and a description of the problem. The costs of returning the items within the Warranty period will be borne by the customer.
Upon receipt of the item at BOAH NOVA's premises, we will verify it, in case we prove any lack of conformity, the item will be replaced. In this case, we will proceed with the replacement of the item and we will send it again to your address at no additional cost.
If the product check detects signs of misuse, and/or any problem that may have caused the item to be in poor condition (eg, falling, damp, etc.) it will not be covered by the warranty terms.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
The alternative dispute resolution is the possibility that all consumers have at their disposal to appeal to official entities to help them in the resolution, or orientation of any conflict, before opening litigious processes in the Courts. As a general rule, the procedure is as follows: the customer asks an impartial third party to act as an intermediary between him and the merchant who is the target of his complaint. The intermediary can suggest a solution to your complaint, impose a solution on both parties, or bring the parties together to find a solution.
Perhaps you know the concept of alternative dispute resolution by another name: 'mediation', 'conciliation', 'arbitration' or 'competent committee in the field of consumer disputes'. Alternative dispute resolution is, as a rule, less expensive, less formal and faster than the legal route.
