Orders are sent though CTT. We notify the customer via email each time a new order is sent,a nd provide a Tracking Number.

 

The cost of shipping varies according to order and address of buyer. 

 

BOAH NOVA is not responsible for any loss or misplacement that may occur during the transport of the item(s) by shipping via carrier. The customer accepts these conditions by agreeing to these terms and conditions at the time of placing the order.

 

In cases of return of orders due to unknown, incomplete or wrong addresses, BOAH NOVA will do its best to try to correct it with the customer and expedite the delivery with the carrier again, however, the respective return is not guaranteed or any indemnity or refund is guaranteed.

 

BOAH NOVA is not responsible for any loss or loss that may occur due to a delivery to the wrong address, BOAH NOVA sends it to the delivery address provided by the customer and is therefore responsible for providing its exact address and without errors. Please also note that the carrier delivers the order to the address you indicate, being able to deliver it to anyone who serves you and receive the order at the same address.

 

BOAH NOVA is not involved in the transport service provided by X Carrier and as such is not responsible for damages that may occur during the transport of goods that imply the loss or deterioration of the order.

 

The estimated delivery period varies, and customers will be informed of the time needed for delivery.

Currently BOAH NOVA does not have delivery of orders by cash on delivery, nor any similar method.
