Shipping and Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders within the European Union. For customers in the United Kingdom, we charge a flat rate of €58, which includes all shipping costs, customs, and duties. For customers in the United States and the rest of the world, we apply a flat rate of €98, also covering all shipping costs, customs, and duties.
We ship with CTT Express or UPS, both of which provide tracking numbers so you can follow your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details by email.
 

Estimated delivery times:
• Portugal: 3–6 working days
• Europe: 4–12 business days
• Rest of the world: 6–20 business days
 

These delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and may occasionally be longer, especially during peak periods and times of high logistical activity.

 

Minimum stock policy​

At Boah Nova we have adopted a minimum stock policy as part of our commitment to sustainability. This approach aims to reduce waste and promote more conscious and responsible production. By avoiding the accumulation of large quantities of products in stock, we minimize the risk of excess inventory that can lead to unnecessary accumulation of unsold items. Furthermore, this practice allows for more efficient management of resources, avoiding the use of raw materials and energy to produce items that may not be needed immediately.

 

If the purchased product is not available in stock, it will be produced immediately. This production process may add approximately 5 business days to estimated delivery times. We believe that this approach is essential to minimize environmental impact and ensure the quality and exclusivity of each piece.

 

Sustainable packaging:

All Boah Nova packaging is made from recyclable and biodegradable cardboard. The wrapping paper that wraps the products inside the packaging, as well as the crepe tape used, is also recycled, recyclable and biodegradable. All these materials are FSC certified and are supplied by the Portuguese company Antalis.
