BOAH NOVA reserves the right to modify unilaterally and at any time, without prior notice, the presentation and content of the website, its services and the general conditions of use, with the exception of contracts already concluded and under execution. Despite our efforts, some products may be priced incorrectly, so we check prices whenever we process orders. If the product price is lower than the advertised price, we will refund the difference. If the price is higher, we will inform the customer by email and wait for their decision to accept the new offer or cancel the order.

 

All promotional campaigns have limited stock and are exclusively for online marketing. In case of unavailability of the product and/or out of stock, you will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of your order with the right to a refund of the amount paid.

6. Obligations of Customers and Users

The Customer and the User must comply with these general conditions and respect them. In particular, undertake to fulfill the following obligations:

BOAH NOVA declines any responsibility for any delay or impossibility of processing the order, namely in the act of delivery, due to error or insufficiency of the data communicated by the Customer.

 

It is thus expressly prohibited for its users to transmit messages or information that is insulting, misleading, defamatory, obscene or that violates, in any way, the right to privacy or intellectual or industrial property of third parties, as well as the provision of any information that may be harmful to third parties or the owner of the website.

8. Online Purchase

To make purchases through the website www.boahnova.com, simply insert all the items you wish to purchase into the virtual shopping basket. You must follow all the purchase steps for it to be completed successfully.

 

The validation of the purchase order implies that the Customer is aware of and expressly accepts these General Conditions of Contract and Use, available for consultation on the website www.boahnova.com. The data recorded by BOAH NOVA constitute proof of the set of transactions carried out between BOAH NOVA and the Client. It is BOAH NOVA's responsibility to file the electronic document in which the contract is formalized and keep it accessible.

 

As soon as you complete your purchase, you will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction. If the data is not correct, you can immediately request its alteration, or even the cancellation of the purchase made.

 

9. Product availability

BOAH NOVA only processes an order placed by a customer after confirmation of the respective payment, so BOAH NOVA cannot guarantee the availability of the items until the said processing begins. The estimated delivery time of our products in stock is 48h to 72h.

 

BOAH NOVA only ships on weekdays. In this way, neither weekends nor holidays are counted for estimating order delivery.

 

In any case, estimated delivery dates are merely indicative.

 

If there is unavailability of any product ordered, BOAH NOVA will contact the customer if the delivery period or price of the item changes and the order will only continue after consent given by the customer.

 

In case of absolute unavailability of stock of the ordered product, BOAH NOVA will reimburse the amounts paid by the customer, within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days.

 

Any delay in the shipment of items, given the estimated dates presented, does not entitle the customer to any compensation.
