Each BOAH NOVA lampshade is designed and made by hand in Portugal, taking the time each piece deserves from first cut to final finish, combining precision technology with traditional craftsmanship. No two pieces of wood share the same grain, so no two lampshades are ever exactly the same.

Each lamp ships flat and complete: lampshade, lamp holder, cable and ceiling canopy, or full electrical structure for floor and table lamps. The lampshade simply slots together: quick, intuitive and tool-free.

Free delivery on all orders within the European Union. UK orders: flat rate of €58, including shipping, customs and duties. US and rest of world: flat rate of €98, including delivery, customs and duties.

We ship with UPS or CTT Express. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Estimated arrival: 5–10 working days in Portugal, 7–15 in Europe, 8–25 for the rest of the world (occasionally longer during peak periods). Each lamp is handcrafted to order before dispatch.

Every order is hand-packed to properly protect the lamp during transport. All BOAH NOVA packaging materials - cardboard, wrapping paper and tape - are FSC-certified, recycled, recyclable and biodegradable.

If the lamp isn't quite the perfect fit, you may return it within 300 days. Every BOAH NOVA lamp is backed by a 3-year warranty that includes repairs and replacement parts.

Lampshades should be cleaned only with a soft cloth. Never use liquids, sprays, or any kind of cleaning agents.
